2. Share Your Design Idea:
Provide us details such as reference images,  3D file of the model/character. If you do not have a 3D file of the model/character, please don't worry, our team will help you check to see if it's doable to build one 

3. Receive a Quote:
We’ll review your requirements, the difficutilties level of model and paiting to provide a price quote along with an estimated production time.

4. Confirm Your Order:
Once you agree to the design and quote, confirm your order by making the advanced payment.

5. Production Begins:
Our artisans will start creating your custom lamp, keeping you updated on progress if needed.

6.Shipping - Delivery:
After completion, we’ll carefully package and ship the lamp to you. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

The cost of a custom lamp typically depends on the complexity of the design. However, in most cases, a custom lamp costs only $15–$30 more than our standard products listed on the website.

Our production time:
Standard Orders:Require 5–7 business days to process from the date of purchase.
Custom Lamps:May take 7–10 business days to process, including time for finding/building the model file and production.

Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping:Typically takes 7–15 days for delivery.
Express Shipping:Available for 3–5 day delivery with an additional fee.

Damaged or Defective Products:If your product arrives damaged due to delivery, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video and proof of purchase. We will provide you with a return label, allowing you to return the product free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind):If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind or color preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
